Environment law in your backyard

Leiden University of Applied Sciences and the municipality of Leiden will tell you all about the Environment law and what it entails.
In early 2023, the Environment law will be introduced throughout the Netherlands. It contains all laws and rules for the physical environment. In short, a law that concerns everything you see, hear or smell outside. The Environment law has an impact on residents and businesses.
Programme
14.30 - 15.30: Presentations by five students of Hogeschool Leiden.
Graduates of the LivingLAB Environment Act will present their theses.
15.30 - 16.30: Information market
- Presentation Leiden interpretation of the Environment Act
- Presentation for entrepreneurs, especially from SME (from restaurant to garage).
- Viewing a test version of the future Omgevingsloket, which contains rules and permits that can be applied for.
16.30 - 17.00 Soup with bread
17.00 - 19.30 hrs: Perspectivity Challenge
Location: Het Gebouw, Arubapad 2 in Leiden.
Time: 14.30 - 19.30 hrs.
