On the weekend of March 26 and 27, 2022, daylight saving time will begin, and we'll all set our clocks one hour forward again. The clock hanging on your wall is easy to change — but what about the biological clock in your body?

On Friday, March 25, scientists from the LUMC can help prepare you for the shift with tips and tricks on adjusting your biological clock to the summer. Come by and discover whether you're a morning or evening person and find out how the biological clock of Leiden's inhabitants is set!
