The funfair is one of the oldest and most beloved parts of the 3 October celebrations in Leiden. Like a colorful ribbon, the funfair winds through the center and offers fun and entertainment for young and old.

This year the funfair offers more than 150 attractions for everyone. Premieres such as the Around the World XXL with a height of 80 meters, the Europa Ferris wheel, Booster MAXXX, Super Mouse, Fire Department, Snow Jet, Break Dance and Disco Jumper. For the younger funfair goers there are carousels, buggy rides, airplane mills, mini-cars and much more. For those who fancy something tasty, there are German sausages, French fries, hamburgers, doughnuts, churros, candy floss, popcorn, and much more. Poffertjes stalls can be found on the Lammermarkt and the Stationsplein.
