Mouth. Speech. Arm. Stroke alert. An inability to raise your arm, a slanted mouth and confused speech. Three signs raise alarm bells for many of us. Sometimes, though, the bells don't ring loud enough. There are also silent strokes without symptoms. You often don't feel strokes coming, and sometimes your environment doesn't recognise it either.
