chaos
Butterflies and hurricanes; many people have heard of the ‘butterfly effect’. The flap of a butterfly's wings could turn into a hurricane. Chaos and maths: most people don't like to experience or think about these. However, chaos theory claims that chaos is more natural than stability. Rhythm and routine? They’re illogical. And maths? That could explain many unpredictable factors nowadays. Mathematics thus creates order out of chaos. Does it do that in our fluttering brains too?
