I see what you mean, and it’s … out of focus. About 20 to 25 percent of the Dutch population are farsighted or nearsighted. Waking up and immediately seeing the world around you with complete clarity is a privilege that not many people think about. And that's not to mention the 76,000 blind people in the Netherlands who see even less. Or the 8 percent of men and the 0.5 percent of women who experience the world's colours completely different from the average person. What you see may be very different from what someone else sees. However, you'll never know because seeing through another person's eyes? That’s not (yet) possible.
