FEAR
Read and weep: today's daily subject is fear! Fear is something (almost) everyone has experienced. Some people experience it more often or more intensely than others. In theory, fear is very useful. It keeps you safe during dangerous situations, and ensures you don't do anything reckless. But a lot of people will also jump up on the coffee table when they see a spider or a mouse. Why are we afraid of relatively innocent stuff like that? Why do we have irrational fears, and why do some fears haunt us?
