Stress. It’s a word with a lot of different meanings. Some people start freaking out when they have to give a speech to a big audience, other people couldn’t care less. Some people can’t sleep when they’re stressed, others will start eating a lot more or a lot less. Stress is supposed to be useful: it makes you more alert and some people perform better under stress. However, too much stress is always a bad thing. Stress is contagious too, so it won’t just bother you but also the people around you.
