RHEUMATISM
A lot of people have rheumatism. The word “rheumatism” describes over 100 different conditions. One’s experience with rheumatism may therefore be completely different than someone else’s. The only thing all types of rheumatism have in common is issues with movement. Usually that means the movement of joints, muscles, bones or tendons, or sometimes even the movement of organs. In the Netherlands 1 in 9 people has a type of rheumatism. Painful and complicated, but unfortunately rheumatism can’t be cured as of yet.
